The volumes with the deliberations of Dubrovnik’s councils dating from the first half of the 15th century are being kept in the State archives in Dubrovnik / Državni arhiv u Dubrovniku.
From the end of the 13th century until the year of 1415 the deliberations of Dubrovnik’s governing bodies were recorded in single registers (Reformationes). From 1415 onwards each of the three councils – Major, Minor and Rogatorum – had its own separate registers.
The volumes that will be systematically investigated thus belong to the four archive series:
Reformationes (Ref) – volumes: 32 (1402–04), 33 (1407–11), 34 (1412–15)
Acta Consilii Maioris (CMa) – volumes: 1 (1415–19), 2 (1419–23), 3 (1423–28), 4 (1428–33), 5 (1434–38), 6 (1440–42), 7 (1442–45), 8 (1445–47), 9 (1449–53)
Acta Minoris Consilii (CMin) – volumes: 1 (1415–18), 2 (1418–22), 3 (1422–26), 4 (1426–29), 5 (1430–32), 6 (1432–35), 7 (1435–38), 8 (1438–41), 9 (1441–43), 10 (1444–46), 11 (1446–48), 12 (1448–51)
